I don't belive the EVO gives you access to that table for adjustment? 13.2:1 is great for wide open throttle but is pretty rich for part throttle operation. Here's my maps from first install through my 4th ride. Any other ideas to alleviate the 3 starts when cold problem? I tried richening the upper left 3 blocks, without luck. One question for all: My bike is still a 3 starts to start when its cold. Stats for my bike: 2019 790 ADV R, Guglatech Filter, Rottweiler Power Plate Prefilter, cat in place, and Wings exhaust with no baffle. Hopefully this thread can be a place to discuss, compare, and help as fueling on this bike is refined.
